Which platform do you trade on?
Installing out of order is the single most common reason a first setup doesn't connect. Take them one at a time.
Either build — v3 and v4 are both current. Sign in with the credentials from your account or trial email, and leave it running whenever you trade.
NinjaTrader, AmiBroker, MultiCharts, Advanced GET or Excel — links are further down this page if you don't have one yet.
MultiCharts, MetaStock and Advanced GET need the TA Extension. AmiBroker and NinjaTrader 8 don't. Then add the free MirraCharts indicators for profile and order flow.
Everything below is free to download. Pix Connect comes in two builds, v3 and v4 — both are current, both are supported, and either will feed your platform. Which of the other tools actually run depends on your plan: Options OI needs Pro or Ultimate, Excel needs Elite or above.

It authenticates your subscription and streams tick-by-tick prices, traded volume and open interest in real time, then backfills intraday and end-of-day history into whichever charting platform you run. Leave it open alongside your software during market hours.

These are the vendors' own download pages. Install the platform first, then add the TA Extension if that platform needs it — the setup kit at the top of this page tells you which files yours takes. Licensing for each is between you and the vendor.
